The data is developed through mapping methods and aerial photo tracing.
The data is produced/collected together MSc, PhD and intern students form Berlin University (Germany), Newcastle University (England), Polytechnic of Namibia. As well as in conjunction with IUCN-RSA and Tanzania cheetah working group, Large carnivore Management association of Namibia LCMAN and the CBNRM programme of the DEA.
Technical prerequisites for using the data: GIS and Normal office programs
Language used in the data set: German (esp. on reports, academic thesis), and English
The attributes monitored are: Vegetation, Water resources, Radiotelemetry, Game Distribution, Game diversity, Game Utilisation.
