Abstract:

This data set contains soil & vegetation information for the Etosha National Park. Vegetation data is classified on floristic base (based on flowers) and on the structural nature of the vegetation. The base on which soil is classified is not known.

The data is collected on standard sampling analysis methods for soil vegetation survey.

Purpose:

The data is collected to provide information on the biophysical nature of the Etosha area. The data is used in geospatial modeling and in support for decision making.
