CONSULTATIVE WORKSHOP ON WHITE RHINO CAPTIVE BREEDING

INVITATION TO REGISTER AS A STAKEHOLDER, AND TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSULTATIVE WORKSHOP ON CAPTIVE BREEDING OF WHITE RHINO IN NAMIBIA

 

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism (MET) is inviting all interested stakeholders to a consultative meeting on captive breeding of white rhino in Namibia. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the feasibility of captive breeding of white rhino in the country, and is scheduled to take place on 10 May 2019 in Windhoek. All interested stakeholders are invited to register with the MET to participate in this consultative meeting. It is compulsory for interested stakeholders to register with the Ministry to participate in the meeting as only registered stakeholders will be invited to participate in the meeting. Venue of the meeting will be communicated to the registered stakeholders. The meeting is open only to Namibian citizens and Permanent Residents. Proof of citizenship/permanent residence must be submitted during registration.

 

Registration to participate in the consultative meeting must be made before 03 May 2019 at the offices of the MET located at the corner of Dr Robert Mugabe Avenue. & Dr. Kenneth David Kaunda Street, Trotsky Building or via email at the following addresses: piet.beyteII@met.Nov.na or iifo.filIemon@met.Nov.na.
