The core
function of this Directorate is to oversee and ensure the smooth
functioning, at technical, logistical and administrative levels, of the
entire Ministry.
The
Directorate’s four subdivisions (see Structure) provide the following
services to the Ministry:

Auxiliary services: |
Provide and supervise services related to
accommodation, stock control, transport, office support, executive support
and general Ministerial support. |

Finance: |
Provides services such as salaries
administration, budget
and income control and creditors. |
|
Personnel: |
Serves to evaluate the conditions of
service and liaise with employees and relevant parties on labour
relations. This subdivision is also responsible for recruitment within the
Ministry. |

Maintenance: |
Provides technical and logistical
solutions for problems
related to equipment and assets as well as services
provided
by the Ministry. |
|
Training:
|
Responsible for the identification of trainings needs within different
directorates and/ or programs. Conduct Training Needs Assessments from time to
time. |
|
Information Technology: |
Houses the IT expertise of the Ministry and
provides IT and related solutions. |
