Namibia to Host The 11th Conference Of Parties (COP) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) in September 2013
Namibia will be hosting the 11th Conference Of Parties (COP11) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) in September 2013 in Windhoek. This was formally confirmed by the Convention during the 11th session of the Committee for the Review of Implementation of the Convention, which was held in Bonn, Germany from the 15-19th April, 2013.
