FAST Project
FAST stands for Financial Administrative Systems Transformation; it is one of the projects for the Ministry of Environment and Tourism that was launched in September 2008, and is scheduled to continue up to January 2011.
Purpose and Goal
The purpose of FAST project is to support wildlife management and tourism through identifying and tackling challenges and making a radical difference to the financial administrative services to achieve significantly better customer satisfaction (Wow!), efficiency and effectiveness.
The team has identified five goals for as follows:

Radically Better Fleet Management

Efficient, cost-effective procurement system

Deconcentrated budget control in place and in use

Accurate, transparent revenue system in place and in use

FAST project is integrated and actively supported by all stake-holders
