Auxiliary Services Division
The mission fo the Auxiliary Servicies division is to provide and supervise services related to accommodation, stock control, transport, office support, executive support and general Ministerial support.
Functions
TRANSPORT
• Issue vehicles to staff
• Inspecting of vehicles
• Payments to Standard Bank, AFS, Natis, Government Garage and AVIS
• Issue requisitions for Pool Vehicles
• Servicing of vehicles
• Issue trip authorities
• Reporting accident reports to A G Office and Treasury
• Any queries related to Transport
STOCK CONTROL
• Stock taking
• Acceptance of donations
• Disposal of Stock Items
• Receiving and issuing of stock
• Reporting of losses, damages to Treasury
• Ordering of stock
PROCUREMENT
• Tender
• Processing of Invoice payments
• Printing purchase orders
• Annual Exemption
• Organising Economizing Committee Meetings
• Committing approved requisitions
